Strategy 2023

Throughout the year, the men and women of our Extended Enterprise were mobilised around key people issues. In addition to safety, which is our top priority, a number of initiatives were launched in the service of people: the transformation of our workplaces and the way we work together, the anchoring of our values, measures to support employees' purchasing power, etc. With positive impact as the cornerstone of its strategy, the Schmidt Group puts people at the heart of its approach.

Ambition 2024

To achieve our ambitious strategic plan and continue our evolution towards a company with a sustainable positive impact, we need to mobilise the women and men in our ecosystem. This acceleration of responsibility goes hand in hand with changes in our organisations, our businesses, our capabilities and our people. While preserving our DNA and strengthening our culture, we need to adapt to these new challenges and bring all our stakeholders on board, thanks to key human behaviours such as responsibility and collaboration!

Training school

Our training centre, the Schmidt Groupe Academy, will provide 120,000 hours of training to over 2,000 trainees in 2023! With its renovated facilities and new team of trainers, the Schmidt Groupe Academy will help the teams in the Schmidt and Cuisinella networks to improve their skills and serve the business.

Qualiopi and Homologation: a guarantee of quality

2023 sees the renewal of Qualiopi and the certification of the furniture industry.

The Qualiopi certification confirms the quality of the processes and training offered. Meanwhile, industry certification (FNAEM) contributes to the professionalisation of the sales designer and sales manager profession by offering a professional qualification certificate. This is a key factor in attracting new businesses to training and retaining staff.

Training and business: closely linked concepts

Sales designers who have completed the CQP offered by the Schmidt Groupe Academy sell more and sell better. On average, for a salesperson who has completed a full course, compared to a salesperson who has not received training, we can see :
