People

Strategy 2023

Throughout the year, the men and women of our Extended Enterprise were mobilised around key people issues. In addition to safety, which is our top priority, a number of initiatives were launched in the service of people: the transformation of our workplaces and the way we work together, the anchoring of our values, measures to support employees' purchasing power, etc. With positive impact as the cornerstone of its strategy, the Schmidt Group puts people at the heart of its approach.

Ambition 2024

To achieve our ambitious strategic plan and continue our evolution towards a company with a sustainable positive impact, we need to mobilise the women and men in our ecosystem. This acceleration of responsibility goes hand in hand with changes in our organisations, our businesses, our capabilities and our people. While preserving our DNA and strengthening our culture, we need to adapt to these new challenges and bring all our stakeholders on board, thanks to key human behaviours such as responsibility and collaboration!

Culture and values

In a fast-changing world, the Men and Women of the company must constantly adapt and demonstrate great agility. Schmidt Groupe relies on a solid foundation: its star, made up of its strong human values, to carry out its strategic projects and achieve its ambitions.

At the heart of its culture, three key behaviours are instilled to take the company forward and take employees on a human adventure!

Responsibility: acting with integrity

This is characterised by taking initiative and making decisions, and extends to each individual’s social and environmental commitment.

Cooperation in our DNA

Cross-functionality and solidarity are key to creating an environment that fosters innovation, overcoming new challenges and achieving success.

The essence of 20/80

This approach aims to define the best balance between effort and impact, optimising our energies and resources to achieve the best results.

Bringing corporate culture to life in practical ways

The “Inspiring People Challenge” brought these values to life through an internal challenge. Over 350 employees took part, putting the three key behaviors into action through fun, offbeat videos. The winners were rewarded at an inspiring awards ceremony full of smiles.
