People
Strategy 2023
Throughout the year, the men and women of our Extended Enterprise were mobilised around key people issues. In addition to safety, which is our top priority, a number of initiatives were launched in the service of people: the transformation of our workplaces and the way we work together, the anchoring of our values, measures to support employees' purchasing power, etc. With positive impact as the cornerstone of its strategy, the Schmidt Group puts people at the heart of its approach.
Ambition 2024
To achieve our ambitious strategic plan and continue our evolution towards a company with a sustainable positive impact, we need to mobilise the women and men in our ecosystem. This acceleration of responsibility goes hand in hand with changes in our organisations, our businesses, our capabilities and our people. While preserving our DNA and strengthening our culture, we need to adapt to these new challenges and bring all our stakeholders on board, thanks to key human behaviours such as responsibility and collaboration!
INSPIRING WORKSPACES
In an ever-changing world, where innovation and collaboration are the keys to success, Schmidt Groupe is launching a major programme to renovate its workspaces. This project, called “Inspiring Working Spaces”, has emerged as a bold response to the need to adapt and modernise premises throughout the company.
Work Cafés: coworking and breaks
These spaces aim to create new synergies and encourage inter-team collaboration by creating places conducive to exchanges, combining a cosy, informal meeting place to share a break and a comfortable place to work. A great showcase for our expertise, with products exclusively manufactured and sold by our brands.
La Ferme: creating a living space in a historic building
This completely renovated space on the Lièpvre site has become a real place to live, with a brand new company restaurant, numerous meeting rooms and lively indoor and outdoor sports areas. It’s the ideal place to spend a convivial moment with colleagues, with a breathtaking view over the countryside.
La Ruche: building an inspiring ecosystem
The “Inspiring Working Spaces” programme also includes the construction of a new office building at the Sélestat site. Called La Ruche, it will be designed to be bioclimatic and will use bio-sourced materials, in line with the Schmidt Groupe’s strong commitment to sustainability.
More than just a workplace, it aims to be a vibrant and inspiring ecosystem where every idea can buzz, every project can take flight and every talent is a pollinator of innovation.
